CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

Trips that need to be changed or cancelled due to weather or river conditions are done so with no obligation. Please give us a least 24 hours notice that you or your group must cancel your trip for any reason for a full refund.

  

OUR OFFICIAL 2024 SEASON: 

Mother’s Day weekend through last weekend in September

 

  • Kayak/Canoe Rentals AND Shuttle Services are available year-round with advance reservations.

  • Tubing is only available Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend! The last time to start a tubing trip is 12 o’clock noon.

  • All Of Our Equipment Rentals include paddles, life jackets, and our legendary river shuttle service! *ALL river activities require a Lifejacket (per state law they must be kept within arms reach while on the water). Ages 13 and under MUST wear a Coast Guard approved, properly fitted PFD at all times. ECO is unable to provide PFDs for persons weighting less than 50 pounds).

  • Shuttle Service Only is available for your personal kayaks and canoes, but don't forget to also bring your life jackets and paddles (rentals of these items are available from ECO)!

 

 

What to Bring

  • Valid Driver’s License- You must be 18+ years of age to rent equipment.

  • Accident Waiver Form- Each person in your party must complete the waiver, a link to which is included in your confirmation email. Save time by filling out the waiver in advance!

  • Water– Make sure to bring plenty of liquids in order to stay hydrated.

  • Closed-Toe Shoes work best, flip flops usually are a flop. Wear something you don't mind getting wet or dirty!

  • Sunscreen, snacks, and a waterproof container for your phones and valuables- Lets keep the river clean, please bring a container for your trash!

  • Your cell phone, so that you can call for return shuttle service!

  • Dogs are welcome! Please utilize a leash, bring doggie poop bags, as well as a life preserver (optional), and don't forget that Fido gets hungry and thirsty too! Make sure to bring their favorite snacks and water for the trip. 

What NOT to Bring

  • NO Styrofoam cups or coolers

  • NO Glass (bottles, containers, etc)

  • Unneeded Items such as keys, wallets, etc; we have a safe place at the float shop for you to leave your keys while you're enjoying your river adventure!

  • We only guarantee reservations (for groups of 15 or more) that are paid in advance!

  • Walk-ins are welcome! All equipment that is not already reserved, is available on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Shuttle Departure Times vary for each trip, please review our floats page for specific times. PLEASE NOTE: last outbound shuttle departs at 2 PM, last return shuttle is at 6 PM!

  • Group Trips are available upon prior arrangement.

  • We recommend not bringing children under the age of 5 years old (ECO is unable to provide PFDs for persons weighing less than 50 pounds).
